Terms of Service

By accessing or using FlowPrompt ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or malicious workflows
• Attempt to probe, scan, or exploit any vulnerabilities in our systems
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that sends more requests than a human can reasonably produce
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reverse engineer any aspect of the Service

Free Tier: Users on the free tier are limited to 5 workflow generations lifetime.

Pro Tier: Pro subscribers ($24.99/month or $249.99/year) receive 500 workflow generations per month.

Billing: All payments are processed securely through CREEM. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial purchase for annual plans, and within 48 hours for monthly plans.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FlowPrompt and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Workflows generated by you through the Service remain your property. You grant us a license to use, store, and display your workflows solely for providing the Service to you.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

AI-generated workflows are provided for informational purposes and may require modification for your specific use case. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of generated workflows.

In no event shall FlowPrompt, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
